Job description

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

A highly reputable company within Housing is currently on the market for a Technical Support Engineer with Northgate experience to join them on a permanent basis, based in London.

You would be focusing on 2nd & 3rd line support for their IT operational needs, applications and coordination of upgrades in a customer environment.

SKILLS

  • Northgate Software experience (must have)
  • Knowledge of Housing Management Systems
  • 2nd / 3rd line IT Support background
  • Solid customer facing skills
  • Oracle SQL is nice to have

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Support Engineer you would be part of the Software Support Team providing functional and technical support for Northgate.

  • Working with Senior Tech Analysts on 2nd and 3rd line support issues
  • Maintenance and configuration of housing data
  • Liaising directly with 3rd Party suppliers and building relationships
  • Working extensively with internal stakeholders to optimise the product
  • Managing small projects and drive service improvement through process mapping and analysis
