Service Delivery Manager
Job description
A global Managed Services organisation based in Dublin south is currently hiring for a Service Delivery Manager. The organisation has grown a massive amount over the last few years and is looking for a skilled service delivery manager to join the team and manage key customer relationships.
You will be an experienced manager with experience in - service delivery, Infrastructure and service desk/deskside services. You will go above and beyond for your customers, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have experience leading high performing teams.
What you will be doing in the role:
- Delivering SLA's
- Managing key customer accounts
- Change control management
- Working with cross functional teams to deliver for your customers
- Account strategy development
- Managing external vendors and partners.
What you will need:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- ITIL certified
- Managed services experience is a distinct advantage but not essential
- Excellent client facing skills
- Experience working with teams supporting Windows server environments, networks, systems, devices and security management.
- Project management experience
- Ability to develop and manage teams
